Nope, it's unfurnished.
I do agree that the price is a bit high but properties in Puchong area is more or less the same price.
280k for a 1200sf high end condo is very reasonably priced. The price per square feet is not high compare to most other properties in Puchong and other parts of prime areas in Klang Valley. I got to say it coz I bought one unit here. Overall, the product is awesome!!
